‘Bising’ lumakas pa, Signal no. 1 itinaas sa ilang lugar sa Luzon
BAHAGYANG lumakas ang bagyong Bising, ayon sa report ng Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).
Ayon sa 11 a.m. weather bulletin, huli itong namataan sa layong 220 kilometers northwest ng Laoag City, Ilocos Norte.
Ang taglay na lakas ng hangin ay 55 kilometers per hour malapit sa gitna at bugsong aabot sa 70 kilometers per hour.
Ang bagyo ay kasalukuyan ding kumikilos sa bilis na 15 kilometers per hour pa-kanluran.Base sa forecast ng weather bureau, ang bagyong Bising ay inaasahan pang lalakas at magiging isang tropical storm.

Dagdag pa, “It may further intensify as it moves over the sea south of Taiwan.”Nabanggit din sa bulletin na anumang oras ay posible nang lumabas ng bansa ang bagyo.
Nakataas ang Wind Cyclone Signal No. 1 sa ilang lugar sa Luzon.
Kabilang na riyan ang Western portion ng Babuyan Islands (Calayan Isl. and Dalupiri Isl.), western portion ng Ilocos Norte (Pagudpud, Bangui, Burgos, Pasuquin, Dumalneg, Bacarra, Laoag City, Paoay, Currimao, Badoc, Pinili), at northwestern portion ng Ilocos Sur (Caoayan, City of Vigan, Santa Catalina, San Vicente, Santo Domingo, Magsingal, San Juan, Cabugao, Sinait, San Ildefonso).
