Yanna ‘guilty’ sa 2 kaso sa ‘road rage’ video; lisensya suspendido, pinagmulta rin

HINDI nakalusot ang babaeng moto vlogger na si Alyana Mari Aguinaldo o mas kilalang “Yanna” matapos mapatunayang guilty sa dalawang paglabag kaugnay ng isang viral road rage video.

Ayon sa pitong-pahinang desisyon, sinabi ng Land Transportation Office (LTO) na kinasuhan si Yanna ng Reckless Driving sa ilalim ng Section 48 ng Republic Act (RA) No. 4136 o ang Land Transportation and Traffic Code. 

Kasama rin sa mga naging paglabag ang pagmaneho ng motorsiklo na walang side mirrors, at paggamit ng motorsiklong walang nakakabit na plate number, base sa Section 18 ng RA 4136.

“In the decision, it stated that Yanna Motovlog was found guilty on the first two offenses but was absolved in the third case since she is not the registered owner of the motorcycle,” ayon sa pahayag ng LTO na iniulat ng INQUIRER.

Pagmumultahin din si Yanna ng P5,000 para sa paggamit ng motorsiklo na walang side mirrors at P2,000 para sa reckless driving.

Bukod dito, sinuspinde ng ahensiya ang kanyang driver’s license.

Ang nakalaghad pa, “Until such time that she complied with the order of the LTO to surrender the motorcycle she used during the viral road rage incident, which she admitted to be not hers.”

Ayon pa kay LTO Assistant Secretary Atty. Vigor Mendoza, sinuspinde na rin ang license plate ng motorsiklo at inatasan ang mga awtoridad na kumpiskahin ito.

Ipinunto rin sa desisyon na naging ebidensya laban kay Yanna ang mismong video na ipinost niya, ang kanyang sulat ng paghingi ng tawad, at ang sinumpaang salaysay ng pick-up driver na sangkot sa insidente.

Hindi rin nakaligtas ang dalagang vlogger sa parusa dahil sa hindi niya pagdalo sa hearing noong Mao 6 at sa hindi niya pagsuko ng motorsiklong ginamit niya sa kabila ng utos ng LTO.

“This noncompliance not only violates the instructions mandated by this Office but also demonstrates outright disrespect for established legal procedures and regulatory enforcement. The failure to appear as ordered underscores a lack of regard for due process, accountability, and the authority vested in this Office,” saad sa desisyon.

Dagdag pa ng LTO, “By refusing to present both the registered owner and the motorcycle for inspection, the concerned party has obstructed investigative proceedings, delayed efforts to establish responsibility, and undermined the integrity of enforcement measures.”

Batay sa viral video, makikitang nag-bad finger si Yanna sa pick-up driver matapos itong biglang lumihis sa kalsada, habang sinusubukan niyang mag-overtake. 

Paliwanag ng driver, napilitan siyang mag-swerve dahil sa mga lubak sa daan.
