MELANIE MARQUEZ

Wala naman daw masyadong reaksyon ang aktres at Miss International 1979 nang mag-come out ang anak na si Michelle Dee as bisexual.

“Wala naman, ano. Sa akin kasi, I always believe that where my children be happy, siyempre, alam naman nila ‘yung right and wrong. So, when it comes to their choices in life, I just let them know the consequences of what will happen.

“So, the rest will be your choices, ganu’n ang respeto kong binibigay sa mga anak ko. Hindi ako diktadora eh. Disciplinarian ako pero hindi ako diktadora so, kaya I get along with my children,” aniya pa.

“I’m very strict when it comes to education kasi ‘yan lang ang pwedeng mana na maiiwan ko sa mga anak ko, ‘yung dunong, ‘yung katalinuhan, at tsaka ‘yung magandang values.

“Values na dapat maging ano ka, down to earth, you know, you have to be kind to other people, give respect. If you respect yourself, of course, you want to be respected, then respect other people.”

DOLLY ANNE CARVAJAL

No need for pre-nuptial agreement. Kapag na-in love, dapat full emotional and financial investment. I’m super happy for him and Rick. Vicarious thrill na lang ako sa kanila since quotang-quota na ako sa love life,” pahayag ni Dolly Anne sa isang panayam.

LEA SALONGA

I am still figuring it out. It took a while. A lot of crying.

“She (Lea) just didn’t want my life to be as hard as it would be,” saad pa ni Nic.

Sabi naman ng Broadway star tungkol sa pag-accept niya sa anak, “You have to raise your child the way your child needs to be raised.

“As a parent, I want to set my child up for success. I want my child to feel safe and strong and ready to conquer the world on their own terms. You have to meet your kid where they are,” pahayag ni Lea.

SHARON CUNETA

Suportado nina Mega at Kiko ang gender identity ng anak nilang si Miel Pangilinan na nagsabing, “I don’t really have a specific label, but the one thing that I feel more aligned with is parang ‘pansexual’.”

“My attraction is not just limited to gender, or gender identity or presentation. Anybody talaga,” aniya.

What matters in a person is their goodness. Sincerity, pureness of heart. Faith in God. In Miel, I have all those. I am proud of my girl and always will be. Needless to say, she will always have my support and love. No big deal. I love you, my Yellie.”

Sey naman ni Kiko, “I love you my Yellie Bellie [heart emojis]! Mama and I will always be there for you. Always. For certain. Forever. No matter what. Period. No more comma. The end of the paragraph. Amen.”
